The Recording Academy membership kits were a new initiative I conceptualized, designed, and implemented in effort to commemorate each new member. Each kit was designed  to be a unique experience consisting of a customized memento card, welcome pamphlet, framable card stock, and an informative guide to their new membership. 

The success of this initiative secured its place as a permanent component in welcoming new members to the Academy each year. Nearly 10,000 kits have been mailed since its initial production in 2018.
